Condensed Milk Cookies (100 pieces)
Ingredients
• 6 cups (750g) all-purpose flour
• 2 cups (460g) unsalted butter, softened
• 1½ cups (360g) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup (125g) powdered sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and line multiple baking trays with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Add condensed milk and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt, then add gradually to the butter mixture. Stir until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.
Roll small portions into balls (about 10–12g each for 100 cookies). Place on trays, leaving space between them.
Flatten slightly with a fork or your palm.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden (the tops should remain pale).
Cool completely on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
