Homemade Pizza Dough & Donut Dough

4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1½ teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1½ cups warm water (110°F/45°C)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions👇👇
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil, then stir until the dough starts to come together.
Knead on a floured surface for 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
For pizza: roll out the dough, add toppings, and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10–12 minutes.
For donuts: roll dough to ½-inch thickness, cut into circles, let rise 20 minutes, then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dust with sugar or glaze as desired.
