Bakery Style Pound Cake

Ingredients:
- 100g Butter
- 100g Powdered Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 90g All-Purpose Flour
- 10g Corn Flour
- 10g Milk Powder
- 2g Baking Powder

Instructions:
1. Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
3. Sift together flour, corn flour, milk powder, and baking powder.
4. Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
5. Pour into a greased 6-inch mould.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool completely before serving.

Tip: For extra richness, you can add a dash of vanilla essence or a pinch of salt
