Tutti Frutti Bread Recipe
“Soft, fluffy, and delightfully sweet – this Tutti Frutti Bread is a colorful bakery-style treat you can enjoy at home!
Ingredients:
110 ml lukewarm milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 cup all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
2 tbsp tutti frutti
1 tbsp oil
Milk (for brushing)
Oil (for brushing after baking)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix lukewarm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest until frothy.
Add flour, salt, and tutti frutti. Mix well.
Add oil and knead into a smooth dough.
Rub some oil on the dough, cover, and let it rest for 40–60 minutes or until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into small balls and place them on a greased tray.
Sprinkle a little tutti frutti on top and let rest for 5 minutes.
Brush the tops with milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with oil while hot, cover, and let cool completely before serving.
