Homemade Naan Bread Recipe

Delicious, soft and chewy naan bread recipe for you to try. No eggs needed!

Bread Ingredients:
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp plain yogurt
3/4 cup warm water
2 cups flour (plus extra for dusting)

Garnish:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh Coriander

Steps:
Mix sugar, yeast, and warm water; let it sit and bubbles for 5 minutes.
Add salt, oil, and yogurt, then stir in 2 cups of flour.

Knead for 10 minutes, adding flour if needed until smooth. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes or until doubled its size.
Divide the dough into 7-8 pieces, roll each into a ball, then flatten into about 5-6-inch diameter.
Heat a pan and spray with oil and cook each naan until golden brown on both sides.
