Sabudana Kheer:
Ingredients:
½ cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)
4 cups milk
½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
2–3 tbsp ghee
2–3 tbsp chopped nuts & raisins
½ tsp cardamom powder
Method:
1. Soak sabudana in water for 30 mins.
2. Boil milk in a heavy pan, add soaked sabudana.
3. Cook on low flame till pearls turn translucent.
4. Stir in sugar, ghee, and cardamom.
5. Add fried nuts & raisins. Serve warm or chilled.
