*Spicy Shrimp with Bell Peppers*
*Ingredients:*
- 500g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
*Instructions:*
1. Toss shrimp in paprika, chili, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high.
3. Add shrimp, cook 2–3 mins each side until pink. Remove.
4. In the same pan, sauté bell peppers & garlic 3–4 mins until tender.
5. Return shrimp to pan, stir everything together for 1–2 mins.
6. Optional: Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle fresh parsley
