    📝 Ingredients (makes 9–12 brownies):
    • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter
    • 1 cup (200g) sugar
    • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • ¼ tsp salt



    🔥 Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
    2. Melt chocolate & butter:
    In a saucepan, melt together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
    3. Mix wet ingredients:
    Remove from heat, whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
    4. Add dry ingredients:
    Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Batter will be thick.
    5. Bake rustic:
    Spread into pan without smoothing too much. Bake 22–28 min until edges are set but center is still slightly soft.
    6. Cool & serve:
    Let cool completely before cutting — or don’t, and embrace the messy, molten slice.
