Ingredients (Makes about 25 pieces): • 2 cups white chocolate chips • 1 can (14 oz / 397g) sweetened condensed milk • ½ cup salted caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling) • 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped • ½ tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions: 1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment. 2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate with condensed milk, stirring until smooth. 3. Stir in caramel sauce and pecans. 4. Pour into pan, swirl in extra caramel, and sprinkle sea salt on top. 5. Chill at least 2 hours before cutting into rustic, uneven squares.
