Thai Steak Bites with Spicy Peanut Delight

  • 🥩 Thai-Style Steak Bites with Spicy Peanut Sauce

    Ingredients (Serves 3–4):

    For the steak:
    • 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 1 tbsp lime juice
    • 1 tsp brown sugar
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

    For the peanut sauce:
    • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp lime juice
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 tsp sriracha or chili paste
    • ¼ cup coconut milk

    Instructions:
    1. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and oil. Toss steak cubes in marinade. Chill 30 min.
    2. For sauce, whisk all peanut sauce ingredients in a small pan over low heat until smooth. Add a splash of water if too thick.
    3. Heat a skillet or grill pan on high. Sear steak cubes 1–2 min per side until browned but still juicy inside.
    4. Serve hot with peanut sauce for dipping or drizzling.
