Instructions: 1. Toss chicken with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Let marinate 20 min. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken until golden on all sides and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same pan, combine glaze ingredients (except sesame seeds) and simmer 2–3 min until slightly thickened. 4. Return chicken to pan, toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
