Ingredients (Serves 4–6): • 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz / 225g) • 3 tbsp fig jam • 2 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional) • Crackers or rustic bread for serving
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Place brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread fig jam over the top. 3. Sprinkle with pistachios and rosemary (if using). 4. Bake for 12–15 min until the cheese is soft and starting to ooze. 5. Serve immediately with bread or crackers.
