Lemon Garlic Creamy Tuscan Salmon Delight

  • Creamy Lemon Tuscan Salmon

    Golden pan-seared salmon fillets simmered in a silky, garlic-infused cream sauce with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and a bright splash of lemon. Light, flavorful, and perfect for seafood lovers.

    Ingredients:
    • 2 salmon fillets, skinless
    • Salt and black pepper
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 cup fresh spinach
    • 3/4 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • Lemon slices and fresh parsley (for garnish)

    Instructions:
    1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
    2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon 4–5 min per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
    3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté 1–2 min.
    4. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
    5. Pour in cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened. Stir in lemon juice.
    6. Return salmon to pan. Spoon sauce over top and simmer 1–2 min more.
    7. Serve with lemon slices and parsley.
