Fluffy Kinder Pancakes with Hazelnut Spread and Chocolate Sauce
KINDER PANCAKES π°

Fluffy stacks loaded with Kinder, drenched in warm chocolate sauce and finished with the dreamiest hazelnut spread β I used Bonne Maman for that rich, nutty hit π€
π₯ Ingredients
For the pancakes:
β’ 150g self-raising flour
β’ 1 tbsp caster sugar
β’ 1 tsp baking powder
β’ Pinch of salt
β’ 1 egg
β’ 200ml milk
β’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
β’ 1 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for frying)
For the topping:
β’ 4β5 tbsp Bonne Maman Hazelnut Spread
β’ 2 Kinder Bueno bars
β’ 2 Kinder Happy Hippos
β’ 3β4 tbsp chocolate sauce
β’ Icing sugar
π©βπ³ LETS COOK
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a separate jug, whisk the egg, milk, vanilla and melted butter.
Pour into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
(Donβt overmix β a few small lumps are fine.)
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low and lightly butter.
Add a ladle of batter to form each pancake.
Cook for about 1β2 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook another minute until golden.
Keep pancakes warm and stack 3β4 high.
Spread a generous layer of Bonne Maman Hazelnut Spread over the top.
Drizzle with warm chocolate sauce.
Add sliced Kinder Bueno and Happy Hippos.
Dust with icing sugar if youβre feeling extra.
