🧀🥓 BACON AND CHEESE COB LOAF

This is the kind of recipe that gets absolutely demolished at a party.

Hot, cheesy, creamy and loaded with crispy bacon… basically the reason everyone mysteriously hangs around the snack table 😅

🧀🥓 BACON AND CHEESE COB LOAF

Serves: 20
Prep: 5 mins
Bake: 30 mins

INGREDIENTS

• 1 tbs olive oil
• 250g bacon, diced
• 250g cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup sour cream
• ¾ cup cream
• 1 ½ cups grated cheddar and mozzarella
• ½ cup spring onions, sliced
• 1 cob loaf

👩‍🍳 METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the middle. Tear the bread into pieces.

Cook the bacon until crispy.

Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, cream, grated cheese, spring onions and bacon together.

Spoon into the cob loaf and place the lid on top.

Bake for 30 minutes until hot and gooey.

Serve with the bread pieces for dipping.

(Try not to stand next to it and “just have one more dip” 14 times.)
