Air Fryer Hot Honey Sausage & Bacon Traybake with Potatoes and Tomatoes
AIRFRYER HOT HONEY SAUSAGE & BACON TRAYBAKE

WHAT DO YOU NEED? 📝
• 6 good quality pork sausages
• 6 rashers streaky bacon
• 500g baby potatoes, halved
• 150g cherry tomatoes
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic granules
• ½ tsp dried mixed herbs
• 3–4 tbsp spiced hot honey chutney (or hot honey)
• Fresh parsley, to finish (optional)
LETS COOK 👩🍳
🥔 Toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic granules and mixed herbs.
Air fry at 190°C for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
🥓 Wrap each sausage tightly with a rasher of streaky bacon.
Place into the air fryer basket with the potatoes.
Cook at 190°C for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
🍅 Add the cherry tomatoes for the final 5 minutes so they soften and blister.
🍯 Brush or spoon over the hot honey chutney in the final 2–3 minutes of cooking so it gets sticky and caramelised.
🌿 Sprinkle with fresh parsley and an extra drizzle of hot honey
