Simple 4-Ingredient Condensed Milk Cake: Soft, Buttery & Delicious
🍰 CONDENSED MILK CAKE
This is the cake you make when you want something sweet…
but cannot be bothered with a long ingredient list.
Just 4 ingredients, one bowl, and somehow it comes out soft, buttery and ridiculously good every single time.
Perfect for lunchboxes, last-minute visitors or those “I need cake today” kind of days 😅

🍰 CONDENSED MILK CAKE
Serves: 16
Prep: 10 mins
Bake: 40 mins
INGREDIENTS
• 125g butter, softened
• 1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 ½ cups self-raising flour
👩🍳 METHOD
Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a 20cm round cake tin.
Beat the butter until smooth and creamy.
Add the condensed milk and mix until combined.
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing between each addition.
Fold through the self-raising flour.
Pour into the tin and bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then move to a wire rack.
(And yes… standing at the bench eating the first slice is completely acceptable.)
