Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats 🥣 (recipe 👇🏻)
Ingredients (1 serving):
45g rolled oats
15g chia seeds
15g honey
Zest of a lemon
2 tbsp lemon juice
150ml unsweetened almond milk (adjust for thickness)
80g Greek yogurt
3 drops MyProtein Vanilla Flavouring
20g blonde chocolate spread
A handful of fresh or frozen raspberries (about 50g)
Method:
✨In a jar or bowl, mix together lemon zest, lemon juice, oats, chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla flavouring until well combined.
✨Stir in half of the raspberries
✨Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to thicken.
✨In the morning, give it a stir, then top with the blonde chocolate.
