Ingredients:
* Crust:
* 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
* ¼ cup sugar
* ⅓ cup melted butter
* Filling:
* 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 4 large eggs
* 1 cup sour cream
* Strawberry Swirl:
* 1 cup sliced strawberries
* ¼ cup sugar
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
Steps:
* Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
* Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
* Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream.
* Simmer strawberry ingredients for 10 minutes, then mash.
* Pour half the filling over the crust. Dollop half the strawberry mixture on top and swirl gently. Repeat with remaining filling and strawberry mixture.
* Bake for 55-65 minutes. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
