Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili paste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, chili paste, breadcrumbs, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the falafel balls and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
