For the glaze: • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1½ tbsp honey • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice • 1 garlic clove, grated • Pinch of smoked paprika (optional)

🔥 Instructions: 1. Season & sear: Pat chicken dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken for 5–6 min per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C). Remove and rest. 2. Make the glaze: In the same pan, lower the heat. Add mustard, honey, vinegar, garlic, and a pinch of paprika. Stir and simmer for 1–2 minutes until thickened. 3. Glaze & slice: Return chicken to the pan and spoon glaze over it until coated. Slice and serve with juices drizzled on top.
