Garlic Herb Butter Ribeye Steak with Roasted Potatoes & Broccoli
A thick-cut ribeye steak, perfectly seared and topped with a golden dollop of garlic herb butter, served with crispy roasted potato wedges and steamed broccoli — the ultimate steakhouse dinner made at home.
Ingredients:
For the steak: • 1 ribeye steak (1–1.5 inch thick) • Salt and black pepper • 1 tbsp olive oil
For the garlic herb butter: • 2 tbsp unsalted butter • 1 clove garlic, minced • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley • Pinch of salt
For the sides: • 2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1/2 tsp paprika • Salt and pepper to taste • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet for 30–35 minutes. 3. Season steak generously with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 3–4 min per side, or until desired doneness. Let rest 5 min. 4. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Place a spoonful on hot steak to melt. 5. Steam broccoli until just tender. 6. Serve everything together hot and enjoy!
