π Ingredients
1 cup desiccated coconut (dry coconut powder)
1β2 cup khoya/mawa
1β2 cup mixed dry fruits (cashew, almond, pista β finely chopped). 1β2 cup mayve (cashew, almond, pista β finely chopped)
1β4 cup raisins & dates
1β2 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp ghee (2 large spoon ghee)
1β2 tsp cardamom powder

1. Roast Dry Fruits | Papaya fry
Heat ghee in a pan, roast chopped dry fruits until light golden.
Heat the ghee in the pan and fry the fruits until it becomes light golden.
2. Prepare Mixture
Add khoya, raisins, dates, and condensed milk. Mix well on low flame.
Add lost, raisin, dates and condensed milk to slow fire.
3. Add Coconut | Add Coconut
Add desiccated coconut and cardamom powder, cook until mixture thickens.
Add dried coconut and cardamom and cook until the mixture is thick.
4. Shape Popsicles | Make Popsicles
Grease palms, roll into ladoos, and insert popsicle sticks.
Make laddu by applying ghee in palms and apply popsicle stick.
5. Coat & Chill
Roll each ladoo in dry coconut for coating.
Wrap every laddu in dry coconut.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Set it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Garnish with saffron strands or rose petals.
Decorate with thin edges of saffron or rose petals.
Serve chilled as festive popsicles.
Cool down and serve like festive popsicles.
