Besan Laddu Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups besan (chickpea flour)
1 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped nuts (cashew, almonds, pistachios – optional)
Steps:
1. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan.
2. Add besan and roast on low flame, stirring continuously, until golden brown and aromatic (about 15–20 mins).
3. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly.
4. Add cardamom powder, nuts, and powdered sugar. Mix well.
5. While warm, take small portions and shape into round laddus.
6. Let them set and store in an airtight container.
