No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients (8-inch round pan)
For the base:
24 Oreo cookies (crushed, cream included)
80g melted butter
For the filling:
250g cream cheese (room temperature)
250ml whipping cream (cold)
100g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
8–10 Oreo cookies (crushed, chunks for texture)
For topping (optional):
4–5 Oreo cookies (crushed or halved for decoration)
Whipped cream (piped around edges)
Instructions
1. Prepare base:
Crush Oreos finely and mix with melted butter.
Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Make filling:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese + sugar + vanilla until smooth.
In another bowl, whip cold cream until stiff peaks.
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently.
Add crushed Oreo chunks and mix lightly.
3. Assemble:
Pour filling over chilled base and smooth the top.
Chill in fridge for at least 6 hours (overnight best).
4. Decorate:
Before serving, top with Oreo crumbs, halved Oreos, or whipped cream swirls.
