Sesame Cookies Recipe (about 30 pcs)
Ingredients
1 cup (130g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (65g) corn flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup (115g) butter (softened)
½ cup (100g) sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup white sesame seeds (to coat)
Instructions
1. Prepare dough
Beat butter + sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg + vanilla, mix well.
Sift in flour, corn flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix into a soft dough.
2. Shape
Roll dough into small balls (about 2–3 cm).
Roll each ball in sesame seeds until fully coated.
3. Bake
Place on lined baking tray.
Bake at 170°C for 15–18 minutes until golden.
4. Cool & Store
Let cookies cool completely.
Store in airtight jar. Stays crispy for 2–3 weeks.
