Chocolate Biscuits Recipe (about 25 pcs)
Ingredients
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (50g) cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup (115g) butter (softened)
½ cup (100g) brown sugar
½ cup (100g) white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare dough
Beat butter + both sugars until fluffy.
Add egg + vanilla, mix well.
Sift in flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Mix into a soft dough.
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
2. Shape
Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
Place on lined baking tray.
3. Bake
Bake at 170°C for 12–15 minutes until edges are firm.
Let cool before serving.
