No-Bake Milo Balls: Easy Coconut & Biscuit Dessert Recipe
MILO BALLS 🟢🍫🥥
These are dangerously easy.
No oven. 4 ingredients. 10 minutes. Lunchbox sorted.
INGREDIENTS
• 250g plain sweet biscuits (Marie-style)
• 100g desiccated coconut
• 45g (⅓ cup) Milo
• 395g sweetened condensed milk
• Extra desiccated coconut, to roll
METHOD
Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
Tip crumbs into a bowl. Add the coconut and Milo.
Pour in the condensed milk and mix until combined (hands are fastest… messy but worth it).
Roll into heaped teaspoon-sized balls.
Roll in extra coconut to coat.
Chill in the fridge to firm up (or eat one straight away… I won’t tell).
