EASTER BROWNIES šŸ£šŸ«

If you’ve got mini eggs in the cupboard… this is what you NEED to make!

Rich. Fudgy. Crackly on top. And packed with melty mini egg pockets. It’s Easter in a slice.

YOU'LL NEED:
• 150g butter
• 275g caster sugar
• 75g cocoa powder
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 eggs
• 75g plain flour
• 125g mini solid Easter eggs

METHOD
Preheat oven to 160°C fan. Line a 20cm square tin.
Melt the butter. Stir in the sugar and sifted cocoa. Heat in short bursts, stirring, until smooth.
Cool slightly. Whisk in the vanilla and eggs.
Fold in the sifted flour, then stir through the mini eggs.
Pour into the tin and bake 25–30 mins. The centre should still have a few moist crumbs.
Cool completely, then slice.
