✨ 3 INGREDIENT SHORTBREAD ✨

Buttery. Crumbly. Melt-in-your-mouth magic.
And yes… it’s made with just THREE ingredients. This is the recipe I pull out when I need something impressive but cannot be bothered with complicated 😅

Perfect for lunchboxes, bake sales or “just because it’s Tuesday and we need biscuits.”

Here’s the recipe 👇

INGREDIENTS
340g butter
130g icing sugar
375g plain flour

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced). Line 2 trays with baking paper.
Beat the butter until smooth and creamy.
Add the icing sugar and beat until well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add the plain flour and mix on low until combined (the mixture will look crumbly).
Gently knead into a ball (don’t overwork it) and chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out to ½–1cm thick. Cut into shapes and place onto the trays.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until just lightly golden (don’t overcook).
