Easter Egg Mug Cake with Ice Cream and Mini Eggs

EASTER EGG MUG CAKE šŸ«šŸ£šŸ”„

Okay but sometimes… you just need cake NOW.

No oven.
No sharing.
Just you, a mug, and molten chocolate in two minutes.

This one is rich, fudgy and slightly gooey in the middle. Add ice cream and it’s even better.

INGREDIENTS
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 tbsp plain flour
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1½ tbsp Milo powder
• ½ tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 3 mini Easter eggs
• Ice cream, to serve (optional but elite)

METHOD
Grab a large mug (or divide between 2 smaller mugs if you're feeling friendly).
Melt the butter in the mug (10–20 seconds).
Add the egg, milk and vanilla. Mix with a fork.
Add the flour, sugar, cocoa, Milo, baking powder and salt. Mix until smooth.
Microwave for 30 seconds on medium.
Push the mini eggs into the batter.
Microwave another 30 seconds on medium. It should be set on top but still slightly gooey inside.
If needed, cook in 10–15 second bursts (don’t overcook!).
Serve warm. Add ice cream. Sit on couch. Don’t share.
