🍯🍫 NO BAKE CARAMEL HEDGEHOG SLICE 🍫🍯

This one tastes like birthday parties, bake sale treats and sneaky fridge snacks all rolled into one delish slice. Rich, chewy, crunchy… and that creamy Caramilk top? Honestly, rude how good it is. 😅

✔️ Melt + mix + chill

INGREDIENTS
• 125g butter
• 120g (½ cup) caster sugar
• 200g sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tbs golden syrup
• 250g plain sweet biscuits, crushed (some chunks are fine)
• 250g Caramilk chocolate
• 1 tbs vegetable oil or coconut oil (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Grease and line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.
Microwave butter, caster sugar, golden syrup and condensed milk until melted.
Mix through the crushed biscuits.
Press mixture firmly into the tin.
Melt the Caramilk chocolate (and oil, if using).
Pour over the base and refrigerate.
