THE EASIEST NO-BAKE SWEET TREAT EVER 🤍
These are the little freezer snacks that magically disappear. Perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon cravings,… or “just one” with a cup of tea that turns into three. We’ve all been there. 😌

✔️ No baking
✔️ One bowl
✔️ Freezer-friendly
INGREDIENTS
• 200g dried apricots
• 130g (¾ cup) white chocolate chips
• 200g sweetened condensed milk
• 100g (1 cup) desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the dried apricots into a food processor and blitz until finely chopped.
Add the white chocolate and pulse until chopped and combined.
Transfer to a bowl. Add the sweetened condensed milk and coconut. Stir until well combined and sticky.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm enough to roll.
Scoop tablespoons of mixture, roll into balls and coat in extra coconut.
