If you love eating Biscoff straight from the jar… this one’s for you. Creamy white chocolate fudge loaded with that caramel-spiced cookie butter flavour and crunchy biscuit bits in every bite.

No thermometers. No boiling sugar. Just melt, mix, chill. Done.

INGREDIENTS
• 150g Biscoff cookies
• 500g white chocolate melts
• 395g sweetened condensed milk (full-fat)
• 125g Biscoff spread

INSTRUCTIONS
Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm square tin with baking paper.
Chop the Biscoff cookies into small chunks and set aside.
Meltthe white chocolate melts, condensed milk and Biscoff spread.
Stir half of the chopped cookies through the mixture.
Spread into the prepared tin and sprinkle with the remaining cookies.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
