WEET-BIX BLISS BALLS 🥥✨

The perfect healthy lunchbox snack!

Naturally sweet, no-bake and packed with Weet-Bix, dates, coconut and chia seeds. Ready in just 10 minutes.

YOU'LL NEED:
• 5 Weet-Bix
• 12 Medjool dates, pitted
• 1 tbsp honey
• ½ cup desiccated coconut
• ¼ cup chia seeds
• 2–3 tbsp water (if needed)

METHOD
Place the Weet-Bix, dates, honey, coconut and chia seeds into a food processor.

Blend until finely chopped and the mixture starts to come together.

If the mixture is a little dry, add water a tablespoon at a time and mix again.

Roll into teaspoon-sized balls.

Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
