NO-BAKE EASTER EGG SLICE 🐣🍫

The easiest Easter slice you’ll ever make!

A buttery biscuit base packed with mini Easter eggs and topped with a smooth chocolate layer and even more eggs. Just mix, chill and slice.

YOU'LL NEED:
• 250g plain sweet biscuits, crushed
• 1 cup desiccated coconut
• 100g butter, melted
• 300g sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup mini Easter eggs
• 250g milk chocolate, melted
• Extra mini Easter eggs, to decorate

METHOD
Line a slice tin with baking paper.

Place the crushed biscuits into a bowl. Add the coconut, melted butter and condensed milk and mix until well combined.

Stir through the mini Easter eggs.

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin.

Pour the melted chocolate over the top and decorate with extra mini Easter eggs.

Refrigerate for 4–5 hours (or overnight) until set.

Remove from the fridge about 20 minutes before slicing to make it easier to cut.
