CHOCOLATE HEDGEHOG EASTER SLICE šŸ£šŸ«

A fun Easter twist on the classic hedgehog slice!

Crunchy biscuits, rich chocolate and coconut topped with creamy white chocolate and colourful mini eggs. A 10-minute no-bake treat everyone loves.

YOU'LL NEED:
• 250g plain sweet biscuits, crushed
• ½ cup desiccated coconut
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 cup milk chocolate
• 100g butter
• 395g sweetened condensed milk
• 285g white chocolate
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 packet Cadbury mini eggs

METHOD
Line a slice tin with baking paper.

Place the milk chocolate, butter and condensed milk into a microwave-safe bowl and melt in short bursts, stirring until smooth.

Stir through the crushed biscuits, coconut and cocoa powder.

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin.

Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the slice and decorate with mini eggs.

Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until set.

Cut into slices and enjoy!
