🍫 MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS
½ cup plain flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup brown sugar
75g butter, melted
½ cup milk
Cream or ice-cream, to serve (optional but highly recommended)

👩‍🍳 METHOD
Sift flour, cocoa and brown sugar into a bowl.
Stir in melted butter and milk until smooth.
Divide between 3 microwave-safe ramekins.
Microwave one at a time on 70% power for 1 minute, checking after 30 seconds.
Top with cream or ice-cream and serve immediately.
