Easy 2-Ingredient Nutella Cake with Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and Eggs
NUTELLA CAKE 🍫✨ (2 INGREDIENTS!)
This is the cake you make when you’ve got a jar of Nutella and five eggs… and suddenly need dessert. It’s rich, fudgy, ridiculously chocolatey and takes 10 minutes to prep. That’s it. That’s the post.
INGREDIENTS
• 5 large eggs
• 250g Nutella (or chocolate hazelnut spread)
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-forced). Grease and line a 20cm round cake tin.
Beat the eggs for 6–8 minutes until pale, fluffy and tripled in size.
Microwave the Nutella for 1 minute to soften. Stir.
Gently fold one-quarter of the whipped eggs into the Nutella.
Repeat until all the eggs are folded through (go gently so you keep the air in).
Pour into the tin and bake for 25 minutes.
Cool completely before removing from the tin and slicing.
