Speckled eggs.
Creme Eggs.
Raspberry lollies.

🐣 EASTER ROCKY ROAD

Makes: 16 pieces
Prep: 5 mins
Chill: 2 hours

INGREDIENTS
500g dark chocolate (or milk/white)
20g coconut oil
6 marshmallow eggs, chopped
6 mini Cadbury Creme Eggs
250g mini speckled eggs (reserve ½ cup for topping)
150g raspberry lollies

👩‍🍳 METHOD
Line a slice tin with baking paper (leave overhang).
Melt chocolate + coconut oil gently (microwave 50% power, stirring every 30 secs).
Stir until smooth.
Fold through speckled eggs, marshmallow eggs, Creme Eggs and raspberry lollies.
Spread into tin. Sprinkle over reserved speckled eggs.
Chill 2 hours until set.
