Apricot Bliss Balls: No-Bake Healthy Snack with Oats, Coconut & Chia Seeds

APRICOT BLISS BALLS 🧡🥥✨

These are my “I need snacks but I have zero time” balls. No baking. One bowl. Ten minutes. Perfect for lunchboxes, toddlers and that 3pm slump when you’re hovering near the pantry.

INGREDIENTS
• 190g dried apricots
• 70g rolled oats
• 20g desiccated coconut
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
• 2 tbsp rice malt syrup (or maple syrup / honey)

METHOD
Place the dried apricots into a food processor and blitz until finely chopped.
Add the rolled oats, coconut, chia seeds, melted coconut oil and rice malt syrup.
Blitz until the mixture comes together.
Roll into balls and place into the fridge to firm up.
