🦐 Garlic Butter Seafood Skillet with Lemon & Herbs
Ingredients (Serves 4): • ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined • ½ lb scallops • ½ lb mussels, cleaned • ½ lb calamari rings • 3 tbsp butter • 2 tbsp olive oil • 4 cloves garlic, minced • ½ cup white wine (or seafood stock) • Juice of 1 lemon + lemon wedges for serving • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • Salt & black pepper • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Instructions: 1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. 2. Add shrimp and scallops, cook until lightly golden. Remove and set aside. 3. Add mussels and calamari, pour in wine (or stock) and lemon juice. Cover until mussels open. 4. Return shrimp and scallops to skillet, toss everything with parsley, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. 5. Serve directly in skillet with rustic bread for dipping.
