    📝 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

    For the halloumi:
    • 200g halloumi cheese, cut into thick cubes or fingers
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch or flour (optional, for extra crisp)
    • Oil for shallow frying

    For the chili honey glaze:
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1 tsp chili flakes or chili paste
    • A tiny squeeze of lemon juice
    • Pinch of salt



    🔥 Instructions:
    1. Prep the glaze:
    In a small saucepan, warm honey, chili flakes, lemon, and salt. Simmer 1–2 minutes. Set aside.
    2. Fry the halloumi:
    Optional: Dust halloumi pieces lightly with cornstarch.
    Heat oil in a pan and fry halloumi until golden and crisp on all sides (about 2–3 min per side). Drain on paper towel.
    3. Finish & serve:
    Drizzle chili honey over the warm halloumi. Let it drip naturally. Serve as-is, rustic, on a ceramic plate. No garnish needed.
