For the lamb chops: • 8 lamb chops • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp cumin • Salt & black pepper
For the BBQ pomegranate glaze: • ½ cup pomegranate juice • ¼ cup BBQ sauce (smoky style) • 2 tbsp honey • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional) • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions: 1. Rub lamb chops with olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Marinate at least 30 min. 2. In a small pan, simmer pomegranate juice, BBQ sauce, honey, chili flakes, and mustard until thick and glossy. 3. Grill lamb chops over medium-high heat 3–4 min per side for medium doneness. 4. Brush with glaze during the last minute of grilling. Serve with extra glaze on the side.
