Sesame Chicken Chow Mein Delight

  • Chicken chow mein🍜

    Serves 2 at 480 calories each.

    Ingredients:
    - 2 nests of noodles
    - 300g chicken breast
    - 1 red pepper
    - 50g onion
    - handfull of spring onion
    - 40ml soy sauce
    - 100g Bean sprouts
    - 20g cornflour, 1 tsp paprkia, 1 tsp Garlic & a pinch of salt and pepper (for the chicken coating).
    - sesame seeds


    Method:
    - add your cornflour and seasonings to a bowl and then coat your chicken breast peices with it
    - Add all to a hot pan and allow to fry for around 8 mins untill cooked
    - in a separate pan, set your noodles to boil
    - Add in your onions, beansprouts and pepper into the pan with chicken and fry off for a few mins
    - Then add in your cooked noodles and soy sauce
    - Top with sesame seeds and serve
