French Toast •⅔c milk •2 large eggs •1tbl brown sugar •1tsp vanilla extract •¼tsp ground cinnamon •pinch of salt •6 thick slices bread •1tbl unsalted butter, or more as needed (for cooking)
Directions 1. Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt together in a shallow bowl. 2. Lightly butter a griddle/pan and heat over medium-high heat. 3. Dunk bread in the egg mixture, soaking both sides. 4. Transfer to the hot skillet and cook until golden, 3 to 4 minutes per side. 5. Serve!
