Creamy Crab Sushi Bake Delight with Nori
Sushi Bake 🍣
This is always a winner for our family! Simple and easy to make, and it keeps well in the fridge for a couple days. (If you magically have leftovers).

For the Rice
-3c cooked rice
-1/4c seasoned rice vinegar (I used @marukanvinegar )
Crab mixture
-8 oz imitation crab chopped into small pieces
-1/4c @kewpieusa mayonnaise
-2tbl cream cheese (softened)
-1tbl @huyfongfoods sriracha (*optional)
-nori (toasted seaweed. To serve with)
Instructions
-mix the seasoned rice vinegar in with warm, cooked rice
-butter a 9x13 pan
-In a bowl, mix together the imitation crab, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and sriracha.
-evenly spread and press the sushi rice into the baking sheet.
-spread the spicy crab mixture over the rice and bake in the oven at 380°F for about 10 minutes. Broil a few minutes if you want a toastier flavor.
-pull it out the oven and drizzle the mayonnaise and sriracha (if using) over the sushi bake.
-serve with nori!
Tips!
-Serve with shredded cucumber and avocado
-use a hand mixer to combine the crab mixture. It shreds it up nicely.
-top with furikake or sesame seedsn
