👻 Pancake ghosties using homemade Greek yogurt pancake mix! 🎃

❗️ Hack ❗️ When you’re making something like pancakes, cake, cookies— anything with a dry and wet mix, make an extra batch of just the dry ingredients and you’ll be halfway done for next time! Just add the wet ingredients and cook like normal. I like to store my dry mixes in mason jars and write the rest of the ingredients/instructions on the jar in sharpie. It doesn’t smudge, but you can easily wash it off with a sponge 🧽

Greek Yogurt Pancakes 🥞
-1c all-purpose flour
-¼tsp baking soda
-1 ½tsp baking powder
-¼tsp salt
-1 container greek yogurt, any flavor*
-2 eggs
-3tbl milk
-2tbl butter (melted)

-whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
-in a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, greek yogurt, and milk
-combine the wet and dry ingredients. (add an extra tablespoon or 2 of milk if the batter looks too thick like I did)
-cook your pancakes on a greased pan over medium/medium-high heat (depending on your stove). About 2 minutes on each side, until golden

Tips!
-I like to cook my pancakes in butter for an extra yummy flavor
-use any flavor greek yogurt you like! I used @chobani (5.3oz cup) , because I like that they have the little fruit bits at the bottom of the cup!
-use an ice cream scoop for more uniform pancakes, or a squeeze bottle for cute shapes
