Pulled pork, coleslaw and bbq sauce in a brioche roll.

For the pork you’ll need:
A high quality dryrub Mustard to use as a binder 1kg pork shoulder
For the coleslaw you’ll need:
Half a scallion 2 large carrots 100ml sour cream 100ml high quality mayo 2 tsp cane sugar 0,5 tsp cumin 1 tsp american mustard 1 tbsp applecider vinegar Salt and pepper to taste
Pulled Pork:
Use the mustard as a binder and rub the pork with the dry rub. Place the pork in the oven or the smoker at 110 degrees celcius for 12 hours.
Coleslaw:
Slice all the greens, add to a bowl, add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
