Recipe (serves 1): ✨50g rolled oats ✨250ml milk (or water)- may need more ✨ 1 heaped tbsp Greek yogurt (helps make it creamy!)
Toppings: ✨ sliced banana ✨blueberries ✨ hemp seeds ✨ raspberries ✨ strawberries ✨1 tbsp peanut butter ✨1 tbsp jam ✨Optional: pinch of salt, cinnamon, berries on top
Method: 1️⃣ Add oats and milk to a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring, until thick and creamy. Add in the yogurt and any more liquid till desired consistency. 2️⃣ Pour into a bowl and swirl in peanut butter and jam. 3️⃣ Top with extra berries and the rest of the toppings as you wish and enjoy ☺️
